VCU Campus Ministry
We are the home for Episcopal Campus Ministries for Virginia Commonwealth University. Join us for 5:00 p.m. Sunday worship followed by dinner. Students worship here, they eat here, they study here, they are involved in outreach here and throughout Richmond.
Adult educational programs range from online classes and discussion groups, to Sunday morning Bible study and forums, to weekday book studies and theological studies. There is something for everyone!
Sunday Adult Forum Series on Reducing Stress
The Sunday Adult Forum on October 26 will welcome Mimi Weaver for a series entitled “Finding Peace in the Daily Madness”. The purpose of the forums is to help us see what causes the stress in our lives and to introduce some spiritual practices that will help us “push a pause button” in the midst of daily busyness.
Dr. Everett Worthington to Speak About Forgiveness October 20
We are excited to welcome Dr. Everett Worthington on Monday evening October 20, 5:15 – 6:45 p.m. Dr. Worthington will join us to talk about his research and writing on forgiveness. Dr. Worthington is a Professor of Psychology at V.C.U. and the author of numerous books and articles on forgiveness and marriage counseling.
Organ Spooktacular Concert October 28
Organ Spooktacular Concert Sponsored by the Richmond Chapter of the American Guild of Organists this concert features members of the AGO performing entertaining and spooky music on our 1979 Austin pipe organ. The concert will be held in the church…
