Service

The Mission of Service and Outreach is to seek and serve Christ in all persons, loving our neighbors as ourselves, striving for justice and peace among all people; and respecting the dignity of every human being.

Soup Kitchen

Almost every Friday of the year, Grace and Holy Trinity Church hosts a soup kitchen. We provide a warm and nourishing meal and just as importantly, we provide Christian hospitality to everyone who comes. Cooking and set up happens between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, we serve between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM and clean up is undertaken from 1:45 PM to 2:30 PM. You can come for all or part of this ministry. Please contact the Rev. Michael Cadaret to volunteer or for more information.

Grants

Every year we makes several grants to agencies that serve the greater Richmond community. These grants are funded through your pledges, the 1618 Fund and through the GHTC Endowment Fund.   To learn more or to offer your help with this team, please contact the Rev. Michael Cadaret.

Prescription Program

GHTC identified a need in our community that was not being consistently met, and that is helping people fill their prescriptions.  To meet this need  our church has become a place where our own members and members of the greater Richmond community can come for emergency help to assist  with obtaining vital medications.  Please contact the Rev. Michael Cadaret to learn more.

Christmas Ministry

Each year at Christmas we adopt families and help fulfill their wish lists. Look for announcements about how to participate in the Fall of the year.
