Regular Sunday Schedule
7:45 a.m. – A spoken service using language which harkens back to the earliest Books of Common Prayer.
8:45 a.m. – This service of Holy Eucharist, Rite II, is especially family and child friendly. The music is contemporary and traditional featuring instruments, piano, and organ. There is a Children’s Space near the front, and Godly Play will also be offered for children during the sermon.
11:00 a.m. – This classic service features full organ and adult choir. It is Holy Eucharist, Rite II, except on the 2nd Sunday of each month when Daily Morning Prayer is offered. Godly Play is offered for older children in classroom 7 on the second floor.
5:00 p.m. – Our Port of Grace service, led by our Virginia Commonwealth University students, is Holy Eucharist, Rite II. It is followed by dinner at 6:00 p.m. and everyone is invited to stay and eat!
The Nursery, located on the 2nd floor of the Parish Hall building, is open from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. “The Best Breakfast in Richmond” is served from 9:15-9:55 a.m. Christian Formation for all ages is held at 10:00 a.m.
There is parking in the lot behind the church (access is off Floyd Avenue), the alley between the church and the Altria Theater, the streets around the church and the V.C.U. Main Street deck at Main and Laurel (just a 1/2 block from the church.) The elevator is accessed from the doors off the parking lot behind the church. There is a handicapped ramp on Laurel Street.
If you park in the V.C.U. parking deck, pull a ticket stub as you enter. On the back of your church bulletin there is a QR code which you can use to exit the parking deck after church. Using this QR code gives you free parking.
