The Reverend Bo Millner has served as Rector of Grace and Holy Trinity Church since February of 2003. Prior to coming to Richmond he served churches in Raleigh, NC, Durham NC, West Point, Va. and Rocky Mount, NC.
He was baptized on November 14, 1954 at St. Mary’s in Kinston, NC and ordained in 1984. Bo graduated from the University of Richmond summa cum laude with honors in Greek and Religion in 1976. He earned a Master of Theological Studies with highest honors in 1979 from the Virginia Seminary and received further preparation for ordination at the Duke University Divinity School.
He married Katherine Kelly, a painter and school teacher, in 1976. They have two sons, both of whom are in their early thirties. Their oldest son lives with his wife in London, England, and their youngest lives in Charlottesville with his wife. They have an English grandcat and a granddog in Charlottesville.
A favorite Bible passage is from Revelation 21, “I saw a new heaven and a new earth … and the one who was seated on the throne said, ‘See, I am making all things new.'”

Prior to her graduation from the General Theological Seminary in 2013, Kim earned degrees from Temple University and the University of Sussex in the UK. Until July 2015 she served as the Canon at the Cathedral Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem, PA. Before Kim was ordained she had considerable experience working in churches as an administrator and as a youth missioner.
Her husband, Andrew, is also an Episcopal clergy person and they have two children, a daughter, Audrey who is 4 years old, and Owen born in August 2016.
Dr. Elizabeth Melcher Davis

Beth directs the 11:00 a.m. service Adult Choir and is supported by a cadre of committed volunteers, professional section leaders and assistant organist, Lawrence Heath. Beth also organizes the concert series, “Music at Grace & Holy Trinity Church” which includes a variety of special worship services and concerts, and provides a wonderful opportunity for outreach in the Richmond community. Additionally, Beth provides music at special services during Holy Week, at funerals and for other festivals of the Church year.
Beth has been on the staff of Grace and Holy Trinity Church since August of 2003. Prior to coming to Richmond she served at both Episcopal and Lutheran churches in Maryland and Virginia. An accomplished organist, Beth has performed concerts throughout the United States. Beth received the Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Performance and Literature at the Eastman School of Music in 1994, the Master of Music degree from The Juilliard School in 1990 and the Bachelor of Music degree from the Curtis Institute of Music in 1987.

Peter brings a background in theater, the arts, and management to Grace and Holy Trinity Church. His job responsibilities are managing office operations, and facility maintenance and use. Peter is a 20-year native of Richmond, and began his work at GHTC in 2016.
Associate for Generosity, Discipleship, and Communications

Originally from Georgia, Barb has a background in the business world, as an entrepreneur, and in state government. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and has extensive experience in public and private sector communications.
Barb is a faithful, energetic, outgoing, and talented person who began work for GHTC in 2018. She can often be found in her Bon Air garden when she is away from church.

Aaron’s responsibilities at GHTC are focused on Christian formation for our children, youth, and families. He is committed to inspiring and empowering lifelong faith in Jesus Christ through Biblical teaching and instruction, servant leadership, multi-age communication, and engagement of Christianity’s rich traditions. Aaron has a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University in Religious Studies and has been awarded a Merit Scholarship from Union Seminary in Richmond to study for a Master of Divinity.

Paul Evans is working part-time with our GHTC teens as a teacher, mentor and Youth Leader, along with our volunteer leadership team. Paul currently serves on the communications staff at St. Christopher’s School in Richmond where he writes for the school’s website, social media channels, and print publications. He has served two large nonprofit organizations and two parishes in this diocese in similar communications roles.
Paul loves to play live music and spend time with his family, especially around the water.
Director of the LightShine Choir
Abigail Stinnett grew up in Mechanicsville and she began to sing by the age of twelve in concerts, musicals and choirs. She studied classical singing at Virginia Commonwealth University and discovered that opera was a passion of hers. You may have seen her in a few VCU opera productions. She played the Third Lady in “The Magic Flute,” Ms. Todd in “The Old Maid and The Thief,” The Witch in “Hansel and Gretel,” Sally in “Die Fledermaus,” and Sister Osmina in “Suor Angelica. Through her exposure at VCU she went on to win first and second place for The National Opera Association for their productions of “The Old Maid and The Thief “ and “Hansel and Gretel.” She graduated in December 2012 with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. At GHTC she is the worship leader for the 5:00 p.m. service, helps lead a choir for the 8:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. services, and she leads the children’s LightShine Choir.

Judy Bowman has worked at Grace & Holy Trinity Church since 1991. She handles the books and other secretarial and administrative tasks.

Barbara came to Grace and Holy Trinity Church in April of 2006. She is a retiree of VCU Health Systems-MCV Hospitals. After retirement, Barbara went to work (part-time) at the Virginia Employment Commission as a switchboard operator for 6½ years.
Barbara is a “people” person and enjoys music of all areas, traveling, the great outdoors, community service involvement and of course, her three grand-daughters. She is a member of First Baptist Church, South Richmond.
Barbara relates all of her time, talent and involvements in life to ministry. Her goal is to serve the staff and members of Grace and Holy Trinity Church well, with dignity and pride. She works Monday through Fridays from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
