Spruce Up Our Church on Oct. 16

In preparation for the seasons of Advent and Christmas, we will be cleaning and shining our church inside and out to create a welcoming and joyful atmosphere for our celebrations. Inside the church, we will be cleaning and polishing the woodwork of the nave, chancel, and sanctuary. Time permitting, we will thoroughly clean the kitchen, pantry, and serving area.

Outside, we will be blowing clear the parking lot and alley and relocating the parking bumpers to their original positions. Weather and time permitting, we will repaint the bumpers. We will weed the beds in front of the church and around the oak tree in the parking lot and apply mulch to limit the soil from drying out.

Sign up for the morning session from 9 a.m. to noon, enjoy lunch in Monroe Park from noon to 1 p.m., or join us for the afternoon session from 1:00 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 16. Contact Andrew Peacock for more information.
