A delicious and fun time of fellowship.A beautiful new Advent set was first used in 2021. The blue set was donated by friends and family of Charlotte Scottie DeShazo. The set was designed and completed by Leslie Winn and Ivy Austin. Advent wreath making is always a fun time for all ages in the parish.Over 25 children and youth participated in the pageant held on Christmas Eve at 3:00 pm . As always, we were blessed by the beautiful sound of our parish choir at the Christmas Eve Lessons and Carols service. WejoyfullywelcomedHendryArchibald Jefferson Horne & Sawyer Alexander Wright into the family of God on Sunday, January 9. Pleaseprayforthe12youthand3adults participating in confirmation preparation. They will be confirmed on Pentecost, Sunday, June 5 at 10:30 am .Thank you to everyone who pledged for 2022. We received pledges from 181 households in the amount of $758,092.60. This is our highest number of pledges since 2018. The Annual Parish Meeting was held on Sunday, February 6 following the 10:30 amservice.MaryAnnBlankenship,MeredithMcGuire,DanMcNamara,andFielding Williams were elected to serve on the Vestry.
