GHTC Parish eNews Description

The GHTC Parish eNews is built in two ways. First, emailed weekly on Fridays at 7:00 a.m. is the Parish News, used to show our Sunday offerings, showcase our featured events, offer announcements with ample time to plan, and to celebrate the faces and events of our parish through photo recaps. Second, emailed weekly on Sundays at 7:00 a.m. is Preparing for Sunday Worship, used to remind visitors of the Sunday offering schedule, and to make the livestream, bulletin, and lectionary easily accessible. Grace & Holy Trinity’s average age is above average and parishioners enjoy reading more than clicking through, so we intentionally include our the full copy in our announcements. The main goal is to inform and communicate in a simplified and cohesive way that comfortably fits into our brand.

The audience of the GHTC Parish eNews are our parishioners, no matter their member status. We have readers that are active, in-person, out-of-town, and readers with mobility issues or that travel a lot. This news subscription keeps everyone up to date on a weekly basis on Friday mornings and prepares them for Sunday worship on Sunday mornings. This contact list also receives special messages regarding emergencies and closures. When parishioners arrive in-person, a printed version is available with the Sunday bulletin, to cover those who aren’t subscribed online and any visitors/guests that we might have.
