Parish Prayer List

The week of October 13, 2024

For those with recent illnesses, we pray for Harry Bowman, Alex Cooke, Dan Foster, Ann Gray, Judy, Betty Markham, Louann Sciortino, Bon Swann & Rev. Kaki Swann, Nancy Trego, Milly Pugh, John Wick.

For those who desire to be parents and those expecting a child, especially Emily & Joe Thompson.

For those who will be baptized, especially Hampton Constance Osinski and Archie Alexander Hall.

For those preparing to be married, especially Anne Coleman & JP McGuire. 

For our mission ministries and partners: Red Door Ministry, serving those who are food insecure; Circles RVA and those working towards financial stability; the people of Belize; the staff and families of St. Andrew’s School; and the Pace Center, our Covenant Partner for Campus Ministry with Virginia Commonwealth University. 

For those serving in the Military or Diplomatic Service, especially Drew Williams.

For the victims and all those affected by gun violence.

For racial reconciliation and healing, and peace in the world.

For our Country, the Commonwealth of Virginia, the City of Richmond and surrounding counties, and Virginia Commonwealth University.

For those affected by Hurricane Helene, we pray that God brings healing to the people who hurt and hope in the midst of any destruction. 

We invite you to lift up these people and ministries in your additional prayers.

In the Anglican Cycle of Prayer, we pray for  The Episcopal Church in the Philippines.

In the Diocesan Cycle of Prayer, we pray for  Calvary-Front Royal, Lynnwood Parish (Grace Memorial and St. Stephen’s & The Good Shepherd)-Port Republic and Elkton, St. James-Leesburg, St. Paul’s-Ivy.
