Church Listening Sessions – Sunday, May 17 at 9:30 a.m. and Online at 7:00 p.m.
Beloved GHTC fellow parishioners, we have asked ourselves discerning questions during the last seven years: Who are we? What is important to us? How do we serve Christ and our neighbors? How do we serve each other? This spring your vestry has hosted a few Listening Sessions to address some of those questions again. The remaining sessions will be Sunday, May 17th at 9:30 a.m. during the Adult Forum, and then online at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom.
We also will be looking ahead, asking questions like: What do we look like in 2026? Are we going in the right direction? If so, do we have a plan to get there? One road map for future progress is by updating our GHTC mission statement. We would like your thoughts and feelings about these inquiries. Please come and join the vestry for this process. If you have any questions please contact Senior Warden Lisa Dawson by visiting ghtc.org/contact and selecting “Senior Warden” from the form’s drop-down menu. Thank you for being a part of listening.

Wearing your nametag is an important part of our hospitality to all and a visible reminder to newcomers and lifelong members alike that we are an open and welcoming community. Scammers use these tactics and are more common than you might think. Please be cautious and use good judgment.
