Choral Evensong & Organ Concert: “Five Mystical Songs” by Ralph Vaughan Williams
February 12, Organ Concert at 4:30 p.m. and Choral Evensong at 5:00 p.m.
The Parish Choir presented the “Five Mystical Songs” by Ralph Vaughan Williams as part of a Choral Evensong from the Book of Common Prayer (1662) on Sunday, February 12, 2023. The soloists were James Taylor and Chase Peak. The “Five Mystical Songs” were accompanied by Sean McDonald, organist, and conducted by Dr. Elizabeth Melcher Davis. The cantors for the Choral Evensong were Caroline Guske and Zack Frank. There was an organ concert at 4:30 p.m. performed by Sean McDonald, Assistant Choirmaster and Organist, of works by Bach, Jackson, and Vierne.
